BDOT project for the wielkopolska region
We have completed a project for Główny Urząd Geodezji i Kartografii concerning a creation of the Topographic Database for Wielkopolskie voivodeship. We have completed the project as a part of Consortium composed of the following Poznań-based companies: GEOMAT, GEO-TOP and GEPOL.

The scope of the work included conducting a terrain survey and creation of a complete TOPO database. The budget for this project was around 6 M PLN. The part of the project completed by GEOMAR covers creating TBD for 10 counties for 2 M PLN.
GESUT for the city of szczecin
"Creation of of geodetic registry of utility infrastructure (GESUT) along with a digital base map (NMZ) for the City of Szczecin in GEO-INFO system".

It is the fourth time, that the Consortium of: Geomar SA, Gispro Szczecin and PROGIS Giżycko has conducted for City of Szczecin municipality work covering the creation of geodetic registry of terrain infrastructure (GESUT), including a creation of a digital base map (NMZ) for the city of Szczecin in GEO-INFO system. The project area covered 640 ha (24 areas) of the city of Szczecin.
GESUT for the district of Stargard

We have also created a geodetic registry of terrain infrastructure (GESUT) for the Stargard county, including a creation of base digital man for Kobylanka, Zielniewo and Niedźwiedź areas.

Orthophotomap polish agency
A Consortium made up of: GEOMAR S.A., OPGK Geomap Zielona Góra, GISPRO Szczecin, OPEGIEKA Elbląg has agreed to conduct work for ARiMR for a project "Modernization and updating LPIS system databases - creation of a digital ortophotomap for the 312k km2 area”.

As part of work on the order, the Consortium will take photographs and create:

  • 4958 sheets of digital ortophotomap with a single pixel translating into 0,25 m in realistic RGB and false CIR colors in 1992 configuration, along with a digital ortophotomap in real TGB colors in 2000 configuration along with any technical documents required.
  • 3042 sheets of digital ortophotomap with a single pixel translating into 0,5 m in realistic RGB and false CIR colors in 1992 configuration, along with a digital ortophotomap in real TGB colors in 2000 configuration along with any technical documents required.

The order will be completed between 2012 and 2014, and its estimated value is around 7,5 mln złotych.

LPIS
A Consortium made up of: GEOMAR SA (Consortium leader), Gispro Sp. z o.o., Okręgowe Przedsiębiorstwo Geodezyjno – Kartograficzne OPEGIEKA Sp. z o.o. and Okręgowe Przedsiębiorstwo Geodezyjno – Kartograficzne GEOMAP Sp. z o.o is participating in a project covering the modernization and updating LPIS system databases by creating a digital ortophotomap for an area of 312 000 km2 for Agencja Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa.

The project is expected to run for 36 months, the area to be covered is equal to 155 315 km2, and the total value of the order is 7.5 M PLN.

CIR and RGB aerial photos will be taken as part of the project (the photo below: CIR ortophotomap made for the project), and the relative size of the pixel in the panchromatic system depending on the terrain worked on cannot be larger than 0.25-0.5 m. Digital ortophotomaps in 1992 and 2000 systems will be created based on the photos.

In 2012 we have successfully completed the first part of the project. The area of 67 525 km2 was surveyed in that part of the project, covering 3150 sheets of digital ortophotomaps in 1:10 000 scale with a relative size of the pixel not exceeding 0.25 m and 202 sheets with a relative size of the pixel 0.5 m. Materials transferred to the ordering party received positive reviews and were sent to CODGiK. The second part of the project was launched in 2013, and it covered 2924 digital ortopphotomap sheets in 1:10 000 in both systems, 1232 of which were with the relative pixel size equal to 0.25 m and 1692 with the relative pixel size no larger than 0.5 m, making up a total of 57 031 km2.
